Crewmembers work as part of the Dish, Prep, Grill, or Line Crew. Each role is crazy important to running your Roots phenomenally well. Although you may start at one of these roles, you’ll have the opportunity to move within the restaurant and learn all aspects of making awesome bowls.
Part Time: $10-14/Hr
Full Time: $12-14/Hr
FRONT OF HOUSE LEADER
As a Leader, you will get to know your Front of House Crew very well both personally and professionally, train them relentlessly, and support them in achieving the goals they have at Roots. Leading our Front of House are humans that can instill in their Crew a passion for making awesome bowls quickly, providing customers a phenomenal experience, and keeping Roots crazy clean.
$15/Hr – $17/Hr
As a Kitchen Leader, you will get to know your Back of House Crew very well both personally and professionally, train them relentlessly, and support them in achieving the goals they have at Roots. Leading our kitchens are humans that love food and can inspire their Crew to reach incredibly high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and food quality.
ASSISTANT CREW LEADER
Your goal is to support the Crew Leader in building a Crew of awesome humans that can run a high quality and fun restaurant. Within this role you will focus on learning how to become a master Crew builder and develop your skills to lead your own Crew!
Your goal will be to build a Crew of awesome humans that can run a high quality and fun restaurant! We look for Leaders that immerse themselves in the day to day and spend most of their time working with our Crewmembers. Our culture doesn’t believe in monitoring, overseeing, or supervising. We choose to work with people that like to get involved, take action, and want to make an impact on the humans around them every second they are in the store.
